I am obviously against the whole concept of the lottery. The people who lose in the lottery are usually the people with the most to lose. The harm of it definitely outweighs the benefit.

Anyways before I get carried away on that rant, a bit of irony. A lottery which was for the benefit of victims of sex abuse was won by whom? You guessed it ... A sex offender.
