We have all grown accustomed to the idea of people not fulfilling their obligations, and having their homes foreclosed. Some of us even do it on purpose.
But did you know, in accordance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), if your bank does not fulfill certain obligations, you can sue them, collect from them, and even foreclose on them. SWEET.

In today's segment, ... well first, a background on red light cameras. No they are not used in seedy districts. They are used to catch images of cars violating red lights and issue tickets to those violators. In order for the ticket to be issued, a police officer has to review the recorded violation and sign the ticket for it to be issued to the vehicle owner. Well, a prolific police officer in Baltimore issued well over 2000 tickets .... since he died. Since he tragically died in a car accident, the city has issued over 2000 tickets with his signature on them... And here I thought dead people only voted, it seems they also issue citations.
