And what makes it even worse is that the contracts are not even bid out. Yes thats right, they are just strictly assigned on a discretionary basis. To the best candidates of course. No question about that one. Right?..

A company that makes billions upon billions of tax payer money for much sensitive government work. Moved out. Took their jobs out. Took themselves outside the scope of review. Don't want to pay taxes...
