In today's segment, ... well first, a background on red light cameras. No they are not used in seedy districts. They are used to catch images of cars violating red lights and issue tickets to those violators. In order for the ticket to be issued, a police officer has to review the recorded violation and sign the ticket for it to be issued to the vehicle owner. Well, a prolific police officer in Baltimore issued well over 2000 tickets .... since he died. Since he tragically died in a car accident, the city has issued over 2000 tickets with his signature on them... And here I thought dead people only voted, it seems they also issue citations.
