NO MORE CRACK IN FLINT
Flint Police are now cracking down on crack. No not crack cocaine, but butt crack. Our new police chief is making it a top priority to prevent public nuisances. Forget about the drugs, the thefts, the other crimes, the top priority is sagging pants!
(Disclaimer - while I find it distasteful for people to expose their underpants, I believe this focus is too much on a petty issue. Like painting the ornament on a fence next to a dam that has broken)
